The "new to Japan" plan. Involves insider tips throughout, a few more details, and longer support.

  • Lodging Area (30 mile radius) Recommendations Only

Premium Plan

For the meticulous traveler, who needs advanced details, timelines, and even more support.
Premium Plan - $35 Per Night

  • Specific Lodging Recommendations Each Day

Plan Details

  • Daily fee is based on how many days you will be staying in Japan and wish for us to plan, i.e Arrive 1 March and Depart 7 March would result in a 8 nights charged (if itinerary is requested for all 8 days).
  • Basic itinerary drafts will be created in one week, with clients having until the end of specialist support to request changes (i.e. 2 weeks for basic plan). Longer, more detailed itineraries may require more time.
  • Chat support timeline begins after the completion of the first draft. All itinerary services will be finalized within this timeline.
  • Plans do not include booking, each plan will have instructions on where, when, and how to book activities yourself. Bookings may be considered on a case by case basis for a 15% or $15 fee (whichever is higher).
  • All major location changes after first draft will incur an additional day fee for each day change requested (i.e. change days 1-5 from Kyoto to Osaka). Exceptions to this would include reshuffling days, or swapping them.
  • Only 4-8 activities are recommended per day to help clients take their time and experiencing the magic of Japan.
  • Food spots can vary from meals, to interesting cafe's. Please inform us of specific requests ie. dinner spots only, or a cute cafe in Harajuku. Food spots may require reservations, please see individual websites or inquire about booking.
